BallhausForum Munich offers numerous possibilities for private dinners and parties. Catering for 50 up to 3,100 people is possible. Exclusive dinners, themed buffets and birthdays; our team is flexible and creative. You will enjoy the possibilities of the venue as well as the professionalism of our preferred catering partners.
The capacity for receptions, dinners and banquets are as follows:
- Arena: dining 1030 people, reception/buffet style 1,500
- Foyer combined: dining 640 people, reception/buffet style 1800
- Foyer ground floor: dining 330 people, reception/buffet style 1200
- Foyer first floor: dining 310 people, reception/buffet style 600
- Wintergarden: dining 210 people, reception/buffet style 210

Dolce Munich, opening in Winter 2009 and situated adjacent to the BallhausForum, will offer several banqueting rooms including a ballroom of 255m² (2,700 sq. ft.) and a multifunctional room of 340m² (3,600 sq. ft.).
